Our properties are planned for you to enjoy the great outdoors; they are in varied environments with easy access to nature's beauty -- such as mountains, woodlands, trails, water, and wildlife. Township 110 Land's properties are characterized by features and qualities that suit your recreational lifestyle, such as:
- A natural feel with spacious timbered lots, balancing privacy and community, while embracing surroundings such as lakes, rivers or vistas.
- Sensitivity and integration of the wildlife habitat and ecosystems, with recorded community covenants to protect these values.
- Far away enough to feel nature, yet amenities and services in nearby towns are easily within reach.
We develop land into quality, livable places by preserving and
enhancing the natural environment. We implement environmental
standards which protect wildlife habitat, and we provide covenants
that protect the natural beauty and value of the land. We work
closely with communities and government entities to implement plans
for physical improvements while upgrading infrastructure and
mitigating development impact on the environment.

Our wide-ranging portfolio of properties includes land in various stages of development -- from planned, zoned, and permitted plats to ready-to-build development homesites. We have an extensive knowledge base about the properties we own. This supports our careful planning which emphasizes the land's natural beauty. We apply a rigorous assessment process to the land before it becomes a Township 110 property. This way we can ensure high value and enjoyment for our customers. We have thousands of acres of land in development planning.
Our name and history reflects our values... Township 110's name embodies our efforts to bring to life people's dreams for a better lifestyle -- living in harmony with the land and their community. This name stems from the long roots of our parent company, Plum Creek. With a history that dates back more than 50 years, Plum Creek is the largest private landowner in the nation, with more than 8 million acres in major timber producing regions of the United States.
Plum Creek is an actual stream that meanders through Walnut Grove, Minnesota, an area made famous by Laura Ingalls Wilder in her book, On the Banks of Plum Creek. In the early 1800s as people moved west, the country created the township and range system to accurately define U.S. locations. Walnut Grove was designated as being within Township 110.
The pioneers and settlers of America's frontier developed homesteads and townships in areas like township 110 as they sought new beginnings and better lives. They realized their dreams by developing uncultivated land. It was a time when towns were small, nature was close by, and life was communal. Our mission is to create quality residential communities through land developments that offer recreational lifestyles, are close to nature, and within reach of modern necessities.
