
José Oncina is the General Manager of Township 110 Land. He is responsible for leading and executing Township 110’s real estate development business.
José has been a real estate professional for 20 years. Prior to joining Township 110 Land, he was General Manager of Microsoft Corporation’s real estate division, responsible for the company’s worldwide real estate activities. Prior to Microsoft, José held various real estate development, asset management and finance roles in national and regional commercial and residential real estate development companies.
José holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from San Diego State University; he is a CPA and member of ULI and NAHB.

Peter.Strelinger@township110.com | 406.752.3110Peter Strelinger serves as Director of Development for Township 110 Land, overseeing development activities in the Mid West and North West. An original member of the Township 110 Land Real Estate Development team, he has played a key role in creating the vision and implementing business strategies at Township 110 Land. Currently residing in Bigfork, Montana, Peter oversees Montana’s and Wisconsin real estate development projects.
Starting his career as a home builder, Peter ventured into land development and managing land development activities for several of the largest home builders and land owners in the Pacific Northwest.
Peter attended the Western Washington University and the University of Washington.

Hank.Burney@township110.com | 770.730.2989In July 2006, William H. Burney, Jr. (Hank) was named Director of Development to oversee Township 110's Land Development Business in the Southeast and Gulf South.
Burney began his career as a builder and developer in Florida. In 1997, he joined D.R. Horton as Vice President of Acquisitions. He has been involved in the building and development business on a national level for over 25 years.
A graduate of Mercer University in Macon Georgia, Burney resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
